Dr. Ted Wooley
Senior Dentist
Dr. Ted Wooley was born and raised in Medford, NJ. He majored in Biology at Rowan University before graduating dental school from Temple University. While at Temple, he was awarded the Dr. Anthony A. Campanella award for clinical excellence.
Dr. Wooley worked at two well respected dental practices in southern New Jersey before relocating to Daniel Island in February of 2014. He is trained in all phases of general dentistry including Implantology and Invisalign (clear braces). Dr. Wooley takes many continuing education courses to keep up with the latest advancements in dentistry to better serve his patients. He is proud to have been named one of the Best Dentists by South Jersey Magazine and Southjersey.com in 2011, 2012 and 2013.
Dr. Wooley joined the practice of Dr. Amanda Gregory in March of 2014. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Wooley is an avid sports fan and especially enjoys football and soccer. When he is not in the office, Dr Wooley loves spending time with his family.
Dr. Amanda Garrett
Dr. Amanda Garrett grew up in North Charleston, South Carolina, and graduated from Fort Dorchester High School. She completed her undergraduate degree in biology at the University of South Carolina and earned her DMD from the Medical University of South Carolina. She is a member of the South Carolina Dental Association and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Garrett is a first-generation Vietnamese-American. Her parents and grandparents immigrated from Vietnam in the 1980s. She is proud to be the first in her family to attend college and dental school. She resides in Orangeburg, SC, with her husband and their two German Shepherds. When Dr. Garrett is not at Wooley Family Dentistry, she helps her husband, Dr. Justin Garrett, manage his orthodontic practice in Orangeburg. One of her favorite things about dentistry is her interactions with her patients; she hopes to make them feel at ease when they see the dentist. In addition, she enjoys exercising, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new restaurants.
Her patients describe her personality as enthusiastic, compassionate, gentle, and kind.
